Italian Army inspected tho Italian entrenchments in the suburbs of Tripoli. They eulogise tho bearing of the troops, and the measures taken for the dcfenco of tho town. It is scmi-officially stated that General Frugoni, an army corps commander, is to proceed to Tripoli, and that the Government is determined to carry tho war to a finish with the utmost energy.
A TURKISH VICTORY. ITALIAN BARRACKS OCCUPIED. (Roe. November C, 9.35 p.m.) Constantinople, November G. Reports havo been received of an important victory on November 1, when tho .Turks occupied the Italian cavalry barracks, and seized large quantities of ammunition and provisions. WARSHIPS ON TURKISH COAST. A SQUADRON SIGHTED. Constantinople, November 5. An Italian squadron, comprising six units, has been sighted off Chios, Asiatic Turkey. Tho Chamber of Deputies unanimously determined to dispatch a protest to tho Powers against the atrocities committed by the Italians at Tripoli.
