BATTALIONS SURRENDER.
ITALIAN LOSS OF 5000 MEN. THE "STANDARD'S" REPORT. (Rec. November G, 9.35 p.m.) London, November 6. The "Standard's" correspondent estimates that the attackers oil October 26 numbered 8000 Turks and 16,000 Arabs. The Italians lost 5000 men, including two battalions, which surrendered.
