(By Telegraph.—Special Corrcspondent.l Masforton, NovemUer 5. air. A. W. Hogg, JI.P., has been advised that a vote of .411010 has been made by the Education Department for the provision of an assembly hall at the alaitcrlon High School. At a public meeting, held in tho Town Hall last night, al which addresses were given by two students of Victoria College, a resolution was unanimously carried, on the motion of Mr. Orlando Pragnell, solicitor, protesting against alleged misrepresentations made by "the trade" concerning the moral and material condition of Jlastcrton under No-License.
