At Louisville, Kentucky, Mrs. Pankhurst (tho English suffragist) was tho principal speaker at tho Women Suffrago Association Convention.. She claimed that American women were growing more insistent daily for extension of tho franchise. At the convention thero was a delegation present from every State in tho American Union.
