Tho Minister s letter coucjuded with tie words: "It is the best butter I hp.ve ever tasted." "This communication," says Mr. Beddoe, "means that the possibility is opened up for sending New Zealand butter as fax east as Ottawa, which is 3CCO miles from Vancouver. I have always considered the market was on the West Coast, and as far east as Winnipeg; but if butter can finds its way as far as Ottawa, it makes it possible to supply all the other large centres in Ontario, such >13 Toronto (population 355,CCf1), and Hamilton (IZO.CCC). Arrangements axe being made for a trial shipment.
