* MONARCHIST FORCE MARCHING ON LISBON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Madrid, October 3. Travellers from Portugal report that alleged Monarchists arrested at Oporto includo two majors and several sergeants. Tho inhabitants of Santo Tirso aro parading tho streets and cheering ex-King Manuel. According to a newspaper published at Santiago, Captain Oouceiro, leader of tho Monarchist Party, has entered Portugal at tho head of four thousand men, with several guns and quick-firers. His force is 120 miles from Lisbon.
