TAVIUNI'S CARGO.
COPRA NOT SERIOUSLY DAMAGED, By Teleerapn—Press Association—Copyriehl Sydney, October i. The copra caTgo in the steamer Taviuni, sunk at tho Sydney wharves, after collision with tho French liner Nera, is being discharged. It is not thought to havo been seriously damaged by immersion. The copra portion of tho cargo had been salved from the wreck of tho Knight of St George at Nukualofa. (Rec, October 5, 0.55 a.m.) Sydney, October 4. A thousand bags of tho Taviuni's copra have been salved. Divers aro temporarily repairing tho hull, with a view to raising tho vessel. Tho underwriters aro calling for tenders for tho purchase of the cargo.
