v " THE XGATIAWA RIFLE CLUB. The Ngatiawa Rifle Club fired the first competition for the president's trophy on Saturday last, 'i'ho conditions were seven shots at 200, 500, and 800 yards. The weather was good until tho OUOyds. ranye was reached, when it became somewhat tricky.
