The, reference was to action la-ought "by Roderick M'lCeiizie, Minisier for Customs, against the Australian Kodak Limited, a claim for .£20,010 2s. 3d., penalty for ollextd evasion of Customs iluty; awl to tho action brought by the, same plaintiff against Harold Anthony Beauchamp, manager of the company, claiming a similar penalty. Continuing, the Solicitci-Gr.'itra! stated that the company had paid ,£'sooo as penalty and ,€IOUO to cover costs ami unpaid duly, and to Iwth actions had been withdrawn. . .
