The nest best dispatch for Continent of Europo will .bo via Brindisi, closing at Wellington, per s.a. Moana, on Friday. Optomber 22, at 3.30 p.m. On Monday, September 25 (Dominion Day), the Pest Office willi be open in all its branches (except Money-order Dopartment) from 9 to 10 a.m. Maiis by steamers sailing on that day will' close'at 7.15 n.ia. The only dispatches by trains will bo for the Wairarapti district, which will closa at 6.30 a.m., and for tho Manawatu, Wanganui, Taranaki, Hawkc'3 Bay, and Auckland districts, which will dose at 7.15 a.m. There will not be any clearances of Iho city and suburban receivers or any deliveries by letter-carriers during the day, but between 9 and 10 a.m. correspondence addressed to the Post Office oily can bo obtained from the delivery counter, Chief Post Office, and durinp the same time correspondence usually delivered by the letlerc.irriors can be.obtained at the Drill Shed, Maginnity Street; also" parcels, nor parcelspost, enn bo obtained at the Drill Shed between 9 and 10 a.m. On Saturday.
