MORE FRESH CONTRACTS LIKELY. (By Telegraph—Press.Association.) Duncdin, September 1. Advice has been received that the Union Steam Ship Company has just let a contract for a new cargo,steamer. Tho vessel will be built by Messrs. Osborne; Graham, and Co., of Sunderland, md her dimensions will be:—Length 29Sft. and br?ndth -15ft. Her dead-weight capacity will be about 3750 tons. She is to lo delivered in the Dominion at the end of April, and will be specially fitted for the New Zealand and Australian' cargo trad?. This vessel will bring the strength of the company's fleet up to G9 steamers, exclusivo of tugs, launches, and tenders. It is' understood that tho building programme has not yet been completed.
