PALMERSTON SUPREME COURT.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Palmerston, August 11. The Chief Justice began the sittings of tho Supremo Court to-day. The case G. I'. Barry v. A. T. Barry regarding a dissolution of partnership and a settlement of accounts between them occupied the Court all day. Judgment was reserved, and liis Honour ordered that the accounts be referred to the Registrar of tho Supremo Court.' The appeal of Nonuan Leslie Gurr, of Dannevirke, against a decision by the magistrate at Napier giving damages to A. Gcbbio for failure to secure a loan, was heard and judgment was reserved.
