MASTEKTON SHOAV COMPETITION. At a meeting of the General Committeo of the Ma«terton A,, and P.' Association on Saturday it was announced that the proceeds from sheep and lambs frozen and forwarded to London by the association in connection with the last show amounted to ,£2(is Ss. Id. This sum is to be distributed among the exhibitors in the. various classes represented, and cash, prizes totalling .£ls will be added in accordance with the iawards made by tho London agents. The Londona wards were as follow (the Mastcrton awards being in parentheses):— Class 69 (pen of five wethers or five maiden owes)—W. If. Beetliam, 1 (second at Masterton); 'VV. E. Beetham. 2 (v.h.c); AV. 13. C. Tylce, 3 (third); J. Strang, i (upplaced). At Masterton AV. H. Beethani's sheep (unplaced in London) were first. . Class 70 (five wethers or five ewes)— 11. H. Bcathani,. 1 (unplaced); J. Strang 2 (unplaced); .r. Strang, .'i (unplaced). At Sfasterton Mr. J. Strang's ewes were first and third, and Mr. J. Strang's wethers second, Mr. 11. 11. Be?tham's sheep being v.li.c, and Mr. H. Morrison's owes h.c. Class 74 (five Down rams)—AV- Perry, t (first); Bros., 2 (unplaced); .7. Strang, 3 (third.) At Masterton Mr. J. C. M'Killop's sheep were second, Mr. H. H. Bcetham's v.h.c, and Mr. 11. Morrison's h.c. Class 76 (five te<rs)-W. I'-erry, 1 (second); T. AY. M'Kenzie, 2 (h.c): AV. 11. Bpptham, 3 (fir=t);' H. H. Bcetham, 1. Class 80 (five long-wool lambs)—AV. 11. Beetliam, 1 (second); \V. 11. Beetliam, 2 (v.h.c); M'Kcnziu Tiro?., 3 (third). At Mnsterton Mr. J. Strang's lambs were first.
