The formalities in connection with the publication of the decisions of the Representation Commissioners are set forth in Sections 21 and 22 of tho LegislatureAct. Duo notice of the proposed boundarios will be given in. the. Gazette, and any objections to them must be considered' by tho Commissioners before courine to a final determination. Thn reports will then bo forwarded to the Governor, who will proclaim them in the Gazette. The Act requires that a copy of the report together with properly authenticated mapa of the electoral districts ehall be present, ed to tho House of Representatives by the Governor within ten days after ho receives it,
