MIRAMAR BOROUGH COUNCIL.

The Miramar Borough Council met last Might.- There wore present ;—The Mayor (Mr. John Brodie), Councillors Richards, lelford, Stone, Bowie, and Lauronson. The concrete retaining wall had been constructed, and had alKady proved a great protection to (ho reservoir against 'lamage by slips. The first shipment of 45 dpmestic supply metres was to hand. The contract for ejectors nrd machinery had been let by cable lo Messrs.
