Tho secretary of the .Taylor■■Memorial Committee has forwarded to The Dominion office a subscription form, and"contributions ■to ■ tho fund may bo lodged at this office. A large , committee has been set up at Clirislcliurch to'assist the object, and among tho executive are: Jlr. 11. \\ Bishop, H.M., .Mr. J. J. Dougall -(Mayor jof Cln-istchureb), .and Mr. L. M. Isitt. In the course of an address .at tho public meeting, called to establish tho fund, Mr. Bishop, S.M., snid that it was necessary to establish such a fund to provide an adequate income so that the immediate effect of their friend's death would not bo so severely felt by those who had been dependent on him.
