Slallwortliy (a Government tupporter) to the remarks made by .Air, Ponln on Hie previous day in reference to (he withdrawal by 31 r. Massoy of a chargu against the late .Mr. T. K. Taylor. Mr. Stulhvorthy stilled Hint; this was a matter upon which he could not agrco with the member for Auckland West, "I think," ho raid, "that the person to whom ho spoke (Mr. Masspy) had dono all that he could, nml had made every rcIraction winch it was possible for him fo make. 1 will say no more about it, sir, for I regret Unit any further reference was made lo the matter." (Hear, hear.)
