ECCLESIASTES 111 CHAPTER, VERSES 19, 20, 21, 22.
For that which bcfalleth of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dietb, so dieth the other; yea, they hare all one breath; -o that a man hath no pre-eminence above a beast: for all is vanity. •Vll go unto one place; all aro of the dust, and all turn to dust again. Who knoweth the spirit of man that cocth upward, and tho spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? Wherefore I perceive that there is nothin" better than that a man should rejoice" in his own works; j'or that is his portion: for who shall bring him to sea what shall be after him?—Advt.
