5 AN APPEAL DISMISSED. Bar TelccraDb—Press Association—Copyright London, July 31. Horatio Bpttomley's appwil against tho decision oi tho King's Bench in the Master case has been dismissed. In this case Mrs. Elo>mor Curtis, executrix, of the will of her father, the late R. Master, retired civil servant, sued Bottoinley for .£57,835, alleged to have been obtained by selling deceased worthless shares. A verdict was given for plaintiff' with damages. Lord Justice Vaughan Williams dissented, .considering that Master was a nioro gambler.

Lord Justice Moultou stated that Bottomley induced Master to purchase worthless shares in the John ißull Investment Company. Lords Shaw and Buckley agreed with Lord Moulton Bottomley will appeal to a higher Court. (Rec. August 1, 11 p.m.) London, August 1., The Court has refused a stay of- proceedings in the Bottomley case.
