Mr. Noilsen, Minister for Lands, is so opposed to the decision of the caucus to add to his land pcJicy that ho declares definitely that he cannot again accept a portfolio in a. Labour Government. He will, however, stick to his party loyally. Mr. Gilbert lias been selected as ' the Liberal candidate for Mudgee.
