SALE OF PAPAITONGA ESTATE.
In addition to particulars of this sale, already published, Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows:—On Wednesday, in conjunction with Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., we offered this estate by public auction in the Town Hall, Levin, tho room being packed to tho doors. Mr. O. 11. Porritt, auctioneer for Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., conducted tho sale, and every section was sold under the hammer and was subject to keen competition. In fact the salo was ono of the best ever held in the district, the public fully realising the present and prospective value of good flat land, suitable for supplying nfilk and other products to the Wellington market. The whole estate averaged between ,£32 to .033 per acre. The following is a list of the purchasers:—
