APPEAL COURT.

THE AKABOA CASE. The Court of Appeal yesterday continued the hearing of- the argument 111 the case of WiVtiam Pidgeon. It- 0. Devenish Mwires, and J. H. Williams (plaintiffs), and Francois Norbcy (defendant). Tho Judges on the Bench were Sir Robert Stout (Chief Justice), Sir Joshua W llliams. Mr. Justice Denniston, Mr. Justice Chapman, and Mr. Justice Sim. Decision was reserved. The action was for specific performance in regard to an alleged contract to sell a block of sonic 3200 acres, of land, at Akaroa. The case was partly heard on Monday. Mr. T. W. Stringer. K.C.. and Mr. Raymond appeared for plaintiffs, and Mr. G. Harpev, Mr. Murphy, and Mr. F. K. Hunt for the defendant.
