TO RAISE FUNDS FOR LARGE FAMILIES. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright (Rec. July 19, 11.35 j-.m.) Paris, July 19. Tlio municipality of Lyons has imposed a tax of ten francs (Bs.) a head on marriageable bachelors, and! another 5 per cent on rents of over ,£lO a month, in order to held a fund in aid of largo families. .
