(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Haricot Bean Soup. Baked Shoulder of Mutton. Onion Sauce. Baked Potatoes. Vogetablo Marrow. Fig Pudding. FIG PUDDING. Three breakfastcups of flour, one breakfastcup of' currants, one breakfastcup of sultanas, ono brcakfastcup of sugar, one tablespoonfiil of butter, three-quarter-cup of boiling water, three-quarter-cup of cold water, one teaspoonful of soda, one teaspoouful of spico, half nutmeg grated. Dissolve the butter in hot water, dissolve the soda in cold water, mix all the dry ingredients, and add the water; mix and leave all night; wet a cloth, put ia the pudding, and boil four hours. FOR TO-MORROW. Artichokes, stock, 21b. nice thick steak, Worcester sauce.
