John Eichnrd Pofre was charged with committing a breach of his prohibition order, and gettiiif; drunk. H« was connoted and discharged for drunkenness, but was fined iOs., with a seven davs' option, for breaking the order. M'm. Kennedy, who anpearrd on reniand for sentence on a. chargo of steal|"K a l '"K, a razor, and wearing apparel, totalling in ralue J:b. was committed to prison for a term of three months.
