(Before Mr.'W. G. Eiddell, S.M.) SATURDAY'S CASES. Fivo first offendinc inebriates vera dealt with at tho Magistrate's Court on Saturday. One, who did not aopear, was fined 10s., with tho option of" 21 hours' imprisonment. The others were mulcted in fines of 55., with n 21 hours' option. John Eichnrd Pofre was charged with committing a breach of his prohibition order, and gettiiif; drunk. H« was connoted and discharged for drunkenness, but was fined iOs., with a seven davs' option, for breaking the order. M'm. Kennedy, who anpearrd on reniand for sentence on a. chargo of steal|"K a l '"K, a razor, and wearing apparel, totalling in ralue J:b. was committed to prison for a term of three months.
