4 UNIONIST PLANS DISMISSED. By Teleerapn—Press Association-Oopyrieht (Rec. July 13, 10.30 p.m.) London, July 13. Forty Unionist members of the House of Commons in sympathy with a fighting policy on the Parliament Bill met yesterday at St. Stephen's. The meeting displayed a strong feeling against the voluntary acceptance of tho Bill. Many Unionists, however, deprecated the meeting, as they did not deFire to pledge the party to any particular line of action at the present juncture.
