Caillaus, states that there have been 'JKiG cases of railway sabotage (wilful damage) since October, end thai only two culprits have- been brought to trial. ATTEMPTS TO DERAIL TRAINS. Paris, July 12. Throe more attempts to derail trains were made yesterday, in addition to wirecutting and other forms of sabotage (wanton destruction of railway property). Several arrests have been made. DEFIANT STRIKERS. (Rec. July 13, 10.30 p.m.) Paris, July 13. Of the sixty thousand so-called masons who are going on strike, forty, thousand are navvies. Tho movement has been engineered by the Confederation of Labour, with a vipjv to securing the reinstatement of tho dismissed railway men, the release of the imprisoned anti-militarists the amendment of tho workmen's pension law, and other Socialist, demands. The strikers aro defiant, and many attacks have been made on tho police and blacklegs. A cumber of strikers roughly handled a bricklayer, who fatally stabbed ono of his assailants.
