The St. Petersburg correspondent of "The Times" states that Germany, in replying to the Russian queries with regard to the intervention in Morocco, contends that the Sus district is outside tho French sphere of influence as defined by the Act of Algeciras. Germany alone, it is claimed, is entitled to safeguard German interests, and tho warship will leave when the danger to these interests has disappeared. NO CAUSE FOR UNEASINESS.
