TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Kidney soup. Boiled corned beef. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Apple dumplings. KIDNEY SOUP. One.ox kidney, three pints of stock flavoured with vegetable?, one ounce butter, one ounce and a half (lour, one tnblespoonhil of sugar, .salt. Cut the kidney into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour. Fry in the butter a nice brown, cover with wnrm water, and simmer gently one hour. Take out the kidney, cut into small pieces, and return to the saucepan with three pints of stock. Simmer gently one hour. Thicken with tho flour and butter rolled together. Boil five minutes, stirring all 'the time. Season and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds neck of mutton, pearl barley, parsley, two rabbits, vegetable marrow, rice, prunes.
