At the lawn tennis championship meet ing, Wilding beat Eoper Barrett in. the challenge round, 6—l, 4—6, 2—6, 6—2. Barrett retired. Mavrogordato and Mrs. Pearton defeated Doust and Mrs. Chambers in the final for the mixed doubles, 6-2, 6-4.
