An enormous crowd attended at the Highgato Ponds on Saturday to witness the festival of Empire swimming sports. The events resulted as follow:— KING'S CUP. Finlay, 30 points 1 Schiele, 20 points •■•■• - Blathcnviek (Sheffield), Id points 3 Atkinson (New Zealand), 10 points ... i Champion (New Zealand), 6 points — 5 110 YARDS. Johnston (Canada) won the 110 yards handicap for overseas visitors, with Draper (Canada) second, and Cadet Furniss (New South Wales) third, and Hardwick (Now South Wales) fourth. Barrett's retirement was duo to exhaustion consequent on the intense heat. MILE RELAY RUN. An Australasian team, consisting of Woodger (New Zealand), Skeet (New Zealand), Steward (Tasmania), and Wheatley (Victoria) woa tho mile relay raco run at Beckenham. In a 600 yards teams' race London beat the overseas Dominions by a touch.
