Parker tmeA Horatio Bottomley, tho well-known company promoter, and M.l\ for Hackney South, for .£20,000 in connection with a judgment obtained against him in November, 1905. The Court ordered accounts to be taken, and Bottomley to pay accordingly. Bottomley also submitted to judgment for .£17,250 in another case. E. T. Hooley was associated with Bottomley in both actions.
