OTAKI. A meeting of the management committee of the Horowhenua Hockey Association was held nn Friday evening. Present: Messrs. Cockrell (chairman), Kilmister, Howell, Nielson, and Miss Hurley. It was decided that, in view of the Norden Cup match with Manawatu on July 5, all men's fixtures bo postponed till July 12, and that a North and South match be played at Levin on Coronation Day, and a match, Probables v. Possibles, at Otaki in the following week. It was decided to ask Messrs. Easther, Penn, and Cockrell to select the North v. South teams, aud Messrs. Nicolson and Easther the representative team which is to play Manawatn. It was resolved that three rounds be played for the ladies' championship, and that a representative match be arranged for them. ' Correspondence was read from Mrs. Steevens and was read from Mrs. Stevens and ing positions as president and vice-presidents respectively, and also a letter from tho Manakau and Ohau clubs regarding the appointments of referees.
