Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their fortnightly stock sale at Waipuknrau yesterday, when they offered SGOO sheep and 150 ca.ttlo to a large attendance of the public. They managed to sell all entries with tlie exception of a few email pens. They «uote:—Fat ewes, ICs. to 125.; fat wethers, 14s. to 16*. lid.; small healthy shorn lambs, 3s. 6d.; fair ewes, lamb. 7s. Vd.; mixed sex woolly lambs, 6?. 4d.; fat forward lambs, 10s.; twotooth wethers, 9s. 10d., 95. lid.; four-tooth wethers, 135.; empty ewes, 6s. 4d.; goodframod, sound-mouth ewes, in lamb, Bs.; two-tooth ewes, in lamb, IDs. Bd.; cull empty ewes, 3s. Cattle: Two-year steers, £3 16s. 6d.; fat steers, £7 lis.; three-year storo sto3rs,,£s is.
