Field-Marshal Lord Kitchener, Com-mander-!n-Chief of tho Coronation Day troops, has arranged that tho colonial Scouts will line a portion of the routs of the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey. The Scouts will also participate in a rally of twenty thousand Boy Scouts at Windsor on Julv 4. MELBOURNE ILLUMINATIONS. Melbourne, June 13. Parliament House' will be the only Federal building illuminated for the Coronation. Others wiU carry a few flags.
