ARMS FOR TIIE REBELS. (Rec. June 8, 11 p.m.) Cetinje, Juno 8. Under cover of an attack on Allessio, a large consignment of arms was landed at Capo Rodoni, and dispatched to tho Middles' strongholds. SULTAN TO HOLD PRAYER MEETING. MOHAMMEDAN REUNION. (Rec. June 9, 0.5 a.m.) Constantinople, June 8. The Sultan is to hold a grand review on the battlefield of Kossovo. Following tho early Caliphs' example, the Sultan proposes to lead tho devotions at a gigantic prayer assembly of four hundred thousand troops and civilians, in order to establish tho reunion of the various Mohammedan nationalities.
