FIFTY-SEVEN MURDERS.
CHARGES AGAINST A RUSSIAN. By Telesraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. June S, 11.10 p.m.) St. Petersburg, June 8. The alleged perpetrator of 57 murders has been arrested at Kazan. Tho murders included that of Dr. Pcpoff, of Kazan, for which a man and woman were sentenced to death, the sentences being afterwards commuted to penal servitude for life.
