The Kaiser and Kaiserin are visiting Neu-Strelitz, capital of the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. His Majesty, in responding to a toast, turned to the Dowager Grand Duchess of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, tho late Queen Victoria's first cousin, and remarked that lie felt bound to mention the pleasant impression his recent visit to London had made upon him. The Kaiser referred to King George's and Queen Mary's kindness, and to King George's spcech, which he said was made with great warmth, and contained special reference to the relations of friendship and the close connection between the two Houses.
