TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for TnE Dossinios.) FRIDAY. Baked stuffed iisli. Mashed potatoes. Cauliflower. Golden padding. Golden syrup sauce. GOLDEN I'UUDIKG. 4oz. flour, + teaspoonful of leaking powder, a pinch of fait, 4oz. suet (chopped), 4oz. bread crumbs, 3oz. castor sugar, •ioz. golden syrup, 1 egg, i B'H nnll£ ' golden syrup sauce. ' Sift the llour, baking powder and salt into a basin, add the suet, bread crumbs, and sugar, aud mix thoroughly together. Bent .up the egg. add the golden syrup ard milk, and stir them into the other ingredients. Pour into a greased basin, and steam for 2.J hours. Servo witli golden syrup sauce. GOLDEN SYRUP SAUCE. 2 tablespoonfuls golden sj-rup, 2 tablespoonfuls of water. I teaspoonful of lemon juice. Boil all together, and serve. for to-morrow. Stock- Curry powder. Chutney. Lemon. Chops for grilling. Leeks. Fruit suet. FOR SUNDAY. Stock for vegetable soup. Sirloin of beef. Horsernddish. Artichokes. Figs. FOR SUPPER. 1 Rabbit.. Gelatine. Stock. Salad. Apples. Pastry. Cream;
