Butler, I beg to state that although driving a taxi-car from the Featherstou Street stand, that I am in no way connected with tho said letter, and I gave no authoritv to nnyono to sign on my behalf. Further, I personally know of several other drivers on the same stand that knew nothing of the letter until it appeared in print.
