MASTERTOX COLLIK CLUB. (13y T(fici:r4'Dh.— Special CorrnspondonU Mastci'ton, May 25. The ninth anmnl ilo, 1 ? trials of the Ma* terton Collie Club were commenced today. Only one ma<cii (that of heading, bringing hack, and holding) was coninlcten 'J'' lo results were, as follow:— Mr. Curtis's "Tip," 23 points, 1; Jfr. A. ,7. Meikle's "Wattie,' 22 points, 2; Mr. S. Lambert's "Pat." 21 points, 3; Mr. D. Sulhcrlaml's "Tweed," 19 points, 4. The mutches will probably bo ooiv eluded to-morrow, Mr. Gordon Grantj of rorangaliau, is acting as judge.
