PROCEEDINGS TO FOLLOW. Recently the police paid a visit, to a local printer's office and, as a result of that visit, it is understood that the printer will shortly appear at the Magistrate's Court on summons. . The charges ti ba preferred against him will include tho following:—Having a printing press not duly registered; printing certain cards without, appending thereto the 'name anil address of the printer; printing cards quoting prices on offer on double events.
