MASSEY V. N.Z. TIMES.
TO GO TO COURT OF APPEAL. It is the intention, of Mr. \Y. F. Massey (Leader of the Opposition) to go to tho Court of Appeal with his libel action against tho "Sew Zealand Times." The action, it will be remembered, was in connection with the publication of a cartoon. A motion for a new trial was dismissed by the Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Chapman in a judgment delivered last Friday, and against this judgment Mr. Massey will appeal to tho higher court. . '
