AN ENTHUSIASTIC FAREWELL.

London, May 21. Tho Kaiser, tho Kfliserin, and Princess Louis? were given an enthusiastic popular send-off on their departure for Berlin. King George and Queen Mary bade farewell to them at tho station in a most cordial manner. HIS MAJESTY DELIGHTED. Berlin, May 21. Tho Kaiser, in letters to officials hero, expressed himself as thoroughly delighted with the -warmth of tho reception ho received in England. The news of the Prince of Wales's coming visit to Potsdam is being made a principal feature in the newspapers. Tho "Mittag Zeitung" describes it as the political result of tho Kaiser's visit to London. 'ANGLO-GERMAN RELATIONS. Berlin, May 21. The semi-official organ of the German Government, tho "Norddeutscho Allgemeine Zeitung," emphasises the spontaneity of tho British wclcomo to tho Kaiser and his wifo and daughter, and hopes the visit will prove of lasting value to tho. relations of Germany and Britain.
