As the seats allotted to Nonconformist representatives in Westminster Abbey for tho Coronation ceremonial have been filled, King George has given tho Rev. J. H. Jowett, President of the Free Church Council, ono of the seats in the Abbey that had been placed at His Majesty's disposal. ■ ; . HONORARY DEGREES. London, May 17. In connection with tho Coronation celebrations, the University of Cambridge will confer honorary degrees on the Earl of Crowe (Secretary for ludia), Earl Grey (GAvcrnor-Gcncral of Canada), the Earl of Minto (ex-Viceroy of lodia),, Mr. A. Fisher (Australian Prime Minister), General Botha (Premier of South Africa), and Sir Edward Morris (Premier of Newfoundland).
