The Federal troops Have recaptured Ojiuaga, and tho rebels are retreating. There has been also continuous fighting fit Soiiora. Tho lives of foreigners are not now considered safe in tho interior of Mexico. Formal peace negotiations are to begin at El Paso immediately.
