WORKERS' PRIVILEGE TICKETS.
SYSTEM TO BE INAUGURATED NEXT MONDAY. The Mayor announced yesterday that (ho new system of workers' privilege tickets on the city tramways will be inaugurated on Monday next. From that date a worker will be entitled (o take out a return ticket at a single-journey fare (minimum 2d.), not later than 7.30 a.m., nnd make the return journey by any car leaving its terminal point not later than C.'iO p.m. on ordinary week clay?, and 1.30 p.m. on Saturdays.
