ROSE V. T. KENNEDY MACDONALD. Further developments in connection with the secret case, as the action Roso and others v. Thomas Kennedy Macdonald, has become known, have .been delayed on account of the sittings of the. Court of Appeal. iiiuleiivours have been made to have the matter brought on, but as two (and probably three)'judges will be required, no fixture could be made. It. is understood that the case will bo dealt with at the end of next week, probably oa tho Saturday.
