Christchurch, April 29, Sadler, who will appear at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court, opening on May 15, on the capital charge arising out of the death of the woman whoso body was found in a lane off Cashel Street, will be defended by Messrs. T. G. Russell and M. Donnelly. Jack, who will be charged with him, it is understood, will bo defended by Messrs. A. C. Hanlon, of Dunedin, and J. A. Cnssidy.
