TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Haricot of Mutton. Potatoes. Carrots.. Turnips. Prune Jelly. PRUNE JELLY. ■ Jib. prunes, Joz. gelatine, 1 pint of water, the rind of a lemon, 4oz. sugar. Soak, the prunes for 2hr. in enough water to cover them, at the samo timo soak tho gelatine in 1 gill of water; peel tho lemon thinly, put the sugar and rind in the remainder of pint of water, and boil 5 minutes. Take out the rind, add the gelatine, stir until dissolved, put the prunes in, and simmer until soft, about ihr. When soft, take off tho fire, add the juico of } lemon, and a few drops of carmine; pour into a wet mould; when set, turn out, and serve with cream or custard. - FOR TO-MOttROW. One Leg Mutton.
